We provide the following general homecare support services. We may be able to provided services not listed here. Additionally, not all listed services may be available based on caregiver availability and your unique situation. Please contact us for a customized consultation.
Recreational Activities
Arranging, participating, and transporting clients to recreational activities.
Fall Prevention Exercises
Helping clients with fall prevention exercises.
Personal Care
Helping clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and other personal care activities.
Light Housekeeping
Tidying the space, removing tripping and other hazards, other light housekeeping duties as discussed.
Meal Prep
Pre-cutting/pre-cooking ingredients and other meal preparation tasks.
Mobility Support
Helping mobility challenged clients to get around. This includes clients using walkers, canes, wheelchairs, and prosthetics.
Medication Reminder
Reminders and help with taking prescribed medications as directed.
Transportation
Driving clients to and from activities, errands, and appointments. Apidae staff can use the clients' vehicle, or our vehicle. (Mileage fees apply for using Apidae vehicles.)
Respite Care
Providing family and other unpaid caregivers a short period of rest or relief from their responsibilities caring for a sick, ageing, or disabled family member.
Patient Advocacy
Providing one-on-one companionship and assistance while in the hospital. Whether hospitalization is required due to an accident, sudden illness, or scheduled medical procedure, a hospital stay can be stressful. We can help reduce the stress and loneliness patients may experience.
