We provide quality home support services, such as:

04. What areas do you service?
We are based in Bonnyville and we can provide service to surrounding communities of La Corey, Elk Point, Saint Paul, Glendon, Iron River, Ardmore, Fort Kent, Cold Lake, Lac La Biche, Smoky Lake, and Vilna. Starting March 2024 we are now serving Fort McMurray area.
05. How far in advance should I book?
Generally, we can provide service within 1 week of the request.
06. Do you work evenings, nights, weekends, or holidays?
Our care services are available 24/7, 7 days a week including Holidays. Our office hours are Monday to Friday 8:30-3:30.
07. Do you provide updates to family members?
Apidae uses a softwer program which allows client and their families to actively track care in real-time, view complete care plan & assigned caregiver, manage schedules, tasks & notes, and communicate with agencies.. Clients can give feedback and actively manage their care 24/7.
08. Can you co-ordinate with other members of a client's healthcare team?
Yes. We understand many clients may have complex medical needs. With the client's consent, can take notes to share with other members of their healthcare team.
09. Do you work with people who are not seniors?
Yes. We can also work with people with chronic illnesses or disabilities.
